Mr. G.A.Setty, an engineering graduate from IIT with over 35 years of experience, Mr. G.A.Setty joined Ajax in June 2010. During the first 25 years, he served in several manufacturing industries and was deeply involved with exports facing the stringent demands of the clients and bringing about the changes on the shop floor to meet those demands. |

For the last 10 years, he has been with the BPO industry, initially grappling with the limitations of a start-up and then moving on to work for one of India’s top IT&BPO companies, HCL Technologies Ltd. In HCL’s BPO division, he led a 900 member DSL Voice process for a Fortune 500 US telecom company and repeatedly earned top vendor rankings. A personality with strong business acumen, excellent inter personal relationships and possessing strong leadership traits, Mr. Setty is focused on expanding current work done as well as entering new segments of the BPO industry. |

Ms. Vasanthi Nayak,
has been with Ajaxdotcom right from its inception in 1999. Starting with a small team of 30 Transcriptionists, she has brought up
the strength to 230 in 2010 contributing immensely to the growth of Ajax. A natural people's person and possessing excellent interpersonal skills, she maintains high morale in her team. |

constant guidance, training and motivation of her team, she has consistently achieved client satisfaction. Her vast experience in handling Hospital/Clinical accounts and leadership provides the solid basis for the continued growth of our MT division. |

Mr. Syed Raffiq is a Science graduate
from Bangalore University with 12 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. He has extensive knowledge and domain expertise in designing, implementing and maintaining medium to large IT infrastructure facilities with focus on Data Security. |

Mr.Shabu Warrier is a graduate in Humanities started his career with Ajax way back in 1999 in the MT Division. He has steadily moved up the ladder through Hard Work, Dedication and Commitment and is currently the Incharge of Call Center & Business Transcription divisions. |

Ms. Nalini Rajendra is a graduate from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore and also holds a degree in Education from M.E.S. College. She has 5 years of experience in the field of Education and 5 years of experience as an online Proofer in Medical Transcription. She has been heading the Training Department in Ajax for the last 6 years and is also in charge of Recruitment of new candidates into the company. She has been with Ajax since the company first started in 1999. |
