All our employees are trained carefully and meticulously at our in-house training centre. Apart from learning processes, their training includes multitasking, quality awareness and the need to respond to Client needs in the shortest span of time. Our Team Leads are invariably chosen from within – this ensures that they are well aware and understand team strengths which can be leveraged to the Client’s advantage.

Training

Ajax recognizes that training plays a key role in preparing and equipping an employee to perform on the job. The equation is simple BETTER TRAINING = BETTER EMPLOYEE = QUALITY PERFORMANCE.  At Ajax we handpick our trainees and then train them in the specifics of their job. We also impart a general training which helps them to see beyond their jobs. Each trainee is taught to see the job he is being trained to perform in its entirety so that he can understand the exact nature of the client’s requirements. This helps the trainees to see and understand the importance of their role.
The training is aimed to impart all skills that the employees will need for an Excellent on-the-job  performance. It is conducted by highly qualified trainers who have hands on experience in the industry.

When required refresher courses are conducted routinely for employees on our payroll.
This ensures that a high quality of performance is maintained in the production unit and guarantees client satisfaction. It is our estimate that in-house trained employees at Ajax outperform direct recruits 2:1.
